I live again and will be attempting to slowly catch up. Right now I can't spend much time on dA, but don't worry, I still love you all and will be trying to leave a few comments each day.
Wish me luck, my dears. I am typing this from my new appartment in Milwaukee (yes, Milwaukee, not North Carolina- plans changed thanks to a few things like true love and my obsession with seeing through a real winter...) but have yet to find a job. Money is... tight. Very tight. As in, "I want nothing more than some ice cream right now but I can't afford to buy it" tight. But oh well! I'll survive this!

So then! A couple updates as to what's happening.

I have a bunch of unfinished drawings that I need to complete, depending on how they turn out some of them will be posted on dA.

Near the end of August I turned 21. How'd that happen? I don't feel 21...

Not long after, I bought a car- a 2006 Scion xB. I love the thing, it's like, the perfect car for me. Getting financing was difficult (it's hard being young, no one wants to loan you money) and now I'm having all sorts of trouble getting it registered and getting my plates (since I bought it out here in Yellowstone country- Billings MT, to be exact, and have to register it back on the east coast) so wish me luck.

I inherited an old Tandy computer. It's epic.

In a few days I move from Canyon Village (where I lived and worked this summer and last summer) down to Lake, where I'll work at the Lake Yellowstone Hotel for about a week. Why only a week? It's a long story.

After that, I get another adventure in the form of road tripping back east in my new Scion. But I'll be making a stop along the way to spend some time with one of my absolute favorite people, *beatlesfan931, whom I've been missing ever since we had to part ways in mid august. Among other things, we'll be going to a Decemberists concert- I'm really excited!

After that I have to try and find a place to live and a job before my savings run out. I intend to do this in North Carolina (South Carolina has taken too much of my soul away already, heh, so I'm going to it's far prettier northern neighbor), in a certain city that I'm very much in love with...

Life is a strange thing.
